Problems can occur when there is gap between what has been planning all along and the actual terms that happened in the middle of project. In this session, I would like to share about how to analyze problems.
First thing you need to do is thinking positively.
As managers, instead of focusing how hard the problem is, you better start to turn this problem as opportunity. This is meant that the word problem really describes the necessity to find alternatives, thus once you cannot control yourself or cannot elaborate what you want accomplish clearly, you are unwilling to accept the right alternative. A piece of advices, recognizing emotional blockage often helps the problem disappear.
Examining the Facts
Make a list about how the things got ruined or not worked as much as your team wanted, by this way, you can see clearly what went wrong with the project. It is good sometimes to see problems in black and white, and keep on listing it until the list run dry. The list will provide you essential facts that can lead you into the best solution.
Overcoming Obstacles
The last thing you need to do is man up! Like do some actions immediately to overcome the issues, by knowing what to do, knowing how to do it, and doing it (Peter Drucker).
